People's details can include location, experience, education, where they work, what topics interest them the most, and more. Company details can include the number of employees, year founded, industry, annual revenue, CEO info, social profiles, etc. 

Importing and exporting contacts is also fairly easy, as you have multiple options. You can import contacts from a very wide range of third-party web apps, like Linkedin, Outlook, all the most popular CRM platforms like Capsule and Copper, Facebook Lead Ads, iCloud Contacts, and more. To export a record, you simply click on the export button, and an email will arrive containing the exported file. 

Another cool feature is the communications history. If you're using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or an IMAP email account, you'll be able to keep communications between users and contacts. All you have to do is click on the "history" tab, and all your emails to and from that contact will appear.

The Nimble Prospector is a browser extension that helps you find and connect with quality leads faster and close more deals. The extension works on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox and is also available as a mobile app for Android and iOS. 

The Prospector works outside of your Nimble app across all channels and platforms, including Linkedin, Gmail, Facebook, Outlook, Twitter, or any website. No matter where you are, you'll be able to access your contacts or add new contacts directly to Nimble. 

Let's say you're on Linkedin. You can just hover over a person or a company name, and the Prospector app will automatically give you as much information as it can find about that contact or company. Then, you can add that contact to Nimble or enrich contact details such as email, phone, company name, job title, and location.

You have 25 enrichment credits per month plan; every time you perform a lookup using the Prospector, you use up a credit. You can purchase more credits in increments of 100 for an additional $10 per month.

Additionally, the Prospector app lets you add notes, send emails, add tasks, attach files, and set reminders to new or existing contacts. 

Today Page

The Nimble Today Page organizes your pipeline, social signals, appointments, and tasks in one intuitive dashboard. There's also a limit to how many group messages you can send per month. Each user can send up to 100 group messages per day. If you want to increase the limit to 200 messages per day, you'll have to pay an additional $10 or $20 for 300 messages per user per day.
