The Global Awards for Excellence in CRM
Pronounced “C-R-M-ees”. Independent annual awards judged by CRM experts.
Nobody buys software. They buy trust.
There are hundreds of CRMs on the market. Buyers have review platforms, analyst reports, and comparison sites—but no dedicated, practitioner-judged standard that evaluates CRM the way buyers actually search for it: Best for Small Business, Best for Sales, Best Free CRM.
Every product page sounds the same. All the features are alike. When the evidence is equal, buyers default to trust. The question is whether that trust belongs to you—or your competitor. Enter CRMmys
It’s not just a trophy. It’s the moment a buyer stops second-guessing you.
What Are the CRMmys?
The CRMmys™ (pronounced “C-R-M-ees”) are an annual, independently administered, practitioner-judged awards program recognizing CRM software within defined, buyer-relevant categories. The program is built around the way buyers actually search for CRM by use case, not by industry analyst category.
Each edition reflects a category-based evaluation of CRM products at a specific point in time. Recognition is designated by award year and category.
If your CRM product is awarded a recognition, you’re not just getting a badge. You’re getting placed into editorial content that ranks for the exact searches your buyers make, validated by independent CRM practitioners who have zero commercial relationship with you.
Judges / Academy
A curated academy of consultants, implementers, and operators who live in CRM tools every day—no anonymous analyst tower.
Evaluation Process
Entries are reviewed by rotating panels of independent CRM practitioners, consultants, and operators with hands-on experience. Evaluation is criteria-driven and considers:
- Product clarity
- Real-world application
- Outcomes
- Alignment with category intent
CRM.org administers the program but does not determine judging outcomes. Judges’ decisions are final.
Recognition Tiers
Winners and finalists are woven directly into CRM.org’s “Best CRM for X” articles so buyers discover you at the exact moment they’re choosing a platform.
Why Winning Matters
Winning a CRMmy signals trust to buyers, amplifies your brand across CRM.org, and anchors your
product in category-defining content.
What Recognition Unlocks
CRMmys Selection (Up to 10 awards per category)
Placement in CRM.org’s “Best CRM for [Category]” articles. Official Selection badge.
CRMmys Finalist (Up to 3 awards per category)
Everything above, plus listed on the CRMmys 2026 Winners and Finalists page, featured on the CRMmys “Best of” editorial landing page for your category. Official Finalist badge.
CRMmys Winner (One award per category)
Everything above, plus official Winner badge, roundtable podcast with other CRMmys Winners, and your own dedicated podcast episode.
Every tier gives you a third-party credential you can put on your website, sales decks, investor materials, and socials—for the year and on the permanent record. Recognition applies solely to the designated award year and category.
Entrants can receive a maximum of three (3) awards per annual edition of the CRMmys.
Award Categories
Categories are evaluated independently.
Entrants may submit a product to a maximum of five (5) category
Own the Category That Fits Your Strategy
You don’t need to be best for everyone—just the obvious winner in the category that matches your go-to-market.
Why Year One of the CRMmys Matters
The inaugural class sets the benchmark. Smaller field, maximum visibility, and the chance
to be the name associated with a category before anyone else claims it.
