CRMmy Awards™ 2026 Entrant Guidebook & Entry Overview
Purpose
The CRMmys™ (pronounced “C-R-M-ees”) are an annual, independently judged awards program recognizing CRM software within buyer-relevant categories for a specific award cycle.
Each CRMmys edition reflects real-world CRM use and market context at a point in time. Recognition is time-bound and does not represent permanent rankings, ongoing endorsements, or promotional claims. Only software providers who apply are considered.
What Entry Includes & How Recognition Works
An entry into the CRMmys™ provides eligibility (not entitlement) for product evaluation for recognition during the applicable award cycle. Recognition operates within each category across the tiers below.
All recipients of award recognition tiers will appear in CRM.org editorial content for the applicable award cycle, clearly labeled by CRMmys edition.
Program Period and Deadlines
The Program is conducted on an annual basis. Each edition of the Program constitutes a separate event with its own eligibility period, entry deadlines, judging schedule, and announcement date for award recipients.
For the 2026 Award Cycle, the key dates of the Program are the following:
- Entry submission deadline: March 31st
- Judging period: April
- Notification of award recipients: April
- Announcement of award recipients: April

Recognition Awards per Category
Each eligible Entrant can receive up to three (3) awards during the applicable awards cycle.
The number of awards granted in any category is at the sole discretion of the judging panel, up to the limits prescribed below. The judging panel reserves the right to award fewer than the prescribed limits, or to withhold recognition entirely in a given category, if in its judgment the entries do not meet the required standards of quality, merit, or evaluation criteria. No award or recognition is guaranteed in any category, regardless of the number of entries received. All judging decisions are final and binding.

Podcast Editorial Framing & Historical Record
Podcasts are editorial discussions, not promotional interviews. The Organizer retains full ownership of the podcast recording and editorial control to ensure neutrality, clarity, and long-term value of the recordings. Participation in the podcast recording does not guarantee publication or specific editorial treatment. Winners are not entitled to review the podcast once it has been recorded.
Historical Record
Published podcast episodes form part of the permanent CRMmys™ historical record for the applicable award cycle. Insights may inform future CRMmys™ categories, evaluation criteria, and editorial analysis.
Badges & Public Use
Award recipients may use one or more of the following badges that are the property of the Organizer, provided that they correspond to the award received by the recipient for the applicable Award Cycle:
- CRMmys Selection
- CRMmys Finalist
- CRMmys Winner
Badge usage:
- Is specific to the year of the award cycle, award received, and award category
- May be used on the Recipient’s websites, press pages, sales materials, social channels, and investor communications
- May be revoked by the Organizer for misuse or misrepresentation
Recipients may also receive approved announcement language, official visuals, and optional judge commentary (where provided) for use on websites, press pages, sales materials, social channels, and investor communications.
Past recognition may be referenced historically but cannot imply recognition in a subsequent award cycle.
Organizer Editorial Placement, Duration & Historical Record
CRMmys Selection, Finalist, and Winner recognition will appear across CRM.org editorial content.
When a new CRMmys cycle begins:
- Prior-year selections are archived in active editorial content, but remain on CRM.org
- New selections take their place as current Selections on CRM.org
Past recognition is preserved permanently on CRM.org as part of:
- A software provider’s historical CRMmys record
- The CRMmys section of CRM.org
CRMmys™ recognition reflects a time-bound evaluation for the applicable award cycle. Historical references to the award year are permitted, but recognition does not imply ongoing endorsement, ranking, or future inclusion.
Media & Public Announcements
Following each award cycle, the Organizer may publish category announcements and editorial updates highlighting recognized products on CRM.org.
Media outreach, where undertaken, is editorially driven and cannot be guaranteed.
