CRMmy Awards™ (CRMmys™)
Terms & Conditions of Entry and Participation
Effective Date: Feb 26th, 2026
Award Cycle: CRMmys™ 2026
These Terms & Conditions of Entry and Participation (“Terms”) govern participation in the CRMmy Awards™ program (the “Program”). By submitting an entry, including paying the entry fee, or otherwise participating in the Program, the entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
If an Entrant does not agree to these Terms, the Entrant must not participate in the Program.
1. Program Operator
The Program is operated by As We May Think Inc. doing business as CRM.org (the “Organizer”), a business operated from Québec, Canada.
2. Nature of the Program
The CRMmy Awards™ are an annual, for-profit, evaluative, editorial, and independently judged awards program administered by the Organizer, not a lottery, game of chance, game of mixed chance and skill, or promotional sweepstakes. The purpose of the Program is to award recognition for eligible customer relationship management software products (each a “Product”) within relevant categories for a specific award cycle.
The Program is conducted on an annual basis. Each edition of the Program constitutes a separate event with its own eligibility period, entry deadlines, judging schedule, and announcement date for award recipients.
All dates and timelines relating to eligibility, submission of entries, judging, finalist selection (if applicable), and the declaration or announcement of award recipients will be determined by the Organizer for each annual edition and may vary from year to year.
The applicable dates and deadlines for a given year will be published in the Entrant Guidebook & Entry Overview document (hereinafter the “Guidebook”). The Organizer reserves the right to modify any dates, deadlines, or timelines at its sole discretion. Entrants are responsible for reviewing and complying with the dates applicable to the relevant edition of the Program.
Participation in any prior edition of the Program does not guarantee eligibility, timing, format, or selection criteria for any future edition.
3. Eligibility
Participation is subject to the following eligibility requirements pertaining to the Entrant and to the Product for the applicable award cycle as defined in the Guidebook (hereinafter the “Award Cycle”).
Eligibility requirements for Entrants:
- Entrants must be companies that are providers of a CRM or CRM-adjacent software product that meets the eligibility criteria detailed below.
- Entrants must be duly incorporated in their jurisdiction of incorporation and designate one authorized representative who agrees to the Program Terms & Conditions on behalf of the Entrant, and is at least the age of majority in his or her country/state/province of residence. The authorized representative must have the legal authority and be authorized at the time of participation and submitting an entry (and must remain authorized during and after the Program) by the Entrant to: (i) provide to the Organizer any and all required information that relates to the Entrant for the purposes of administering the Program in accordance with these Terms; (ii) submit an entry for the Program on behalf of the Entrant; and (iii) agree to be legally bound by these Terms on behalf of the Entrant.
- There is a limit of one Product that can be submitted per Entrant. For clarity, “Entrant” includes the submitting entity and any of its parent companies, holding companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other entities under common control (collectively, a “Corporate Group”). Entities within the same Corporate Group shall be treated as a single Entrant. Accordingly, a holding company and its subsidiary (or multiple subsidiaries within the same Corporate Group) may not submit separate entries for the same Product, nor may they each submit separate entries in a manner that circumvents the one-submission-per-product limit.
Eligibility requirements for Products:
- The Product must be a publicly available and commercially available CRM or CRM-adjacent software product (e.g., sales, marketing, service, customer data platforms) actively used by customers. Products in private beta, alpha, or pre-launch stages are not eligible.
- Product must be publicly available for at least 6 months as of the entry deadline.
- Products must be independently branded and offered as a standalone solution. This means that the Product must be marketed, offered, and presented under a distinct and standalone product name and brand, and is not co-branded, jointly branded, white-labeled, or otherwise presented in conjunction with the name, trademark, or brand of another product, company, or commercial offering. Products that are marketed or distributed under multiple brand identities, as part of a bundled or joint solution, or in collaboration with another commercial entity in a manner that results in shared branding, are not eligible.
- Free and paid Products are eligible.
- The Product must comply with applicable laws in the market(s) where it is offered.
Products are evaluated as they exist at the time of participation in the Program and as presented in the entry by the Entrant. Future Products or Product features, roadmaps, or unreleased functionality are not considered.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that materially misrepresents any information included in the entry, including but not limited to Product capabilities, customer base, or eligibility status. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine final eligibility and category placement, decline or disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Terms, and reassign Product categories based on the information submitted by an Entrant in its entry. All eligibility decisions are final.
Employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer, its affiliated companies, its advertising or promotional agencies, its contractual partners, if any, and judges, involved in the administration of the Program, and persons domiciled with the aforementioned persons and members of the immediate family (father, mother, siblings and children, regardless of their place of residence) of the aforesaid persons are not eligible in regard to the Program.
4. Submission of Entries & Entry Fee
For information on how to submit an entry in the Program, including information on entry fees (if applicable), see the How to Participate section of the Guidebook.
Entry limits are detailed in the Guidebook. If it is discovered by the Organizer (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by the Organizer) that any person has attempted to exceed any of the limits stated in these Terms and/or disrupt or participate in the Program in any other fraudulent or misleading way, then he/she may be disqualified from the Program in the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer.
All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Organizer – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an Entrant’s eligibility to participate in this Program; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Program; and/or (iii) for any other reason the Organizer deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Program in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Terms. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Organizer within the timeline specified by the Organizer may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Organizer.
Entry fees (if applicable):
- Are non-refundable
- Support Program operations
- Do not influence judging, scoring, or outcomes
- Do not guarantee selection, finalist status, winner designation, editorial placement, traffic, media coverage, or any commercial benefit or outcomes.
By submitting an entry, the Entrant represents and warrants that:
- All submitted information is accurate, complete, and not misleading
- The Entrant has authority to submit the Product and materials in the Program
- The Product complies with applicable laws in the markets where it is offered
- The Entrant consents to Product evaluation under these Terms
All eligibility determinations by the Organizer are final.
It is solely the responsibility of the Entrants to ensure that entry requirements are properly and completely met in accordance with these Terms. The Organizer, Program judges, and each of their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, damaged or undeliverable entries (all of which are void), or any delay or failure to transmit, process, receive or consider entries.
5. Judging, Evaluation & Outcomes
After the end of the applicable Program entry deadline, as defined in the Guidebook, a panel of independent judges appointed by the Organizer, in its sole and absolute discretion, will judge eligible entries in the categories selected. Judging panels are composed of CRM practitioners, consultants, and operators with hands-on experience. Judging panels will rotate for different Award Cycles.
Entries will be judged based on Product clarity, real-world application, outcomes, and alignment with category intent, according to the below category-specific criteria, and will be awarded a score.
