ServiceNow lands 9 CRM megadeals, plans to take over market
When Bill McDermott, the CEO of ServiceNow, said they were coming for the CRM crown, most people nodded politely and moved on.
Well, joke’s on them, because ServiceNow just dropped nine CRM megadeals worth over $1M each last quarter.
And they’re not slowing down. Sixteen of ServiceNow’s top 20 Q1 deals included CRM. New enterprise names like Pure Storage, The Whole Group, and Yokohama City are now “on the CRM journey” with them.
Meanwhile, ServiceNow’s CRM and Industry Workflows arm remains its fastest-growing business–a rocket strapped to the company’s back.
