CRM.org is the independent CRM evaluation platform. We evaluate CRM software through a practitioner-led methodology, publish our findings, and connect buyers with the right CRM for their business.
What we do
We run the CRMmys, the annual CRM evaluation program judged by independent practitioners with hands-on CRM experience. Our evaluation panel scores vendors across defined criteria — and the results become the published findings on this site. Every "best of" category on CRM.org is an output of this evaluation process.
We also operate a CRM expert matching service, connecting organizations with vetted CRM consultants for implementation, migration, and optimization.
How we're different
CRM.org is structurally independent. No CRM vendor holds equity in this company. No vendor funds our evaluation program. Our judge panel has no commercial relationship with the vendors they evaluate. This isn't a policy — it's how the organization is built.
In a market where the major CRM comparison platforms are now owned by or affiliated with CRM vendors, structural independence is the only way to produce evaluation results buyers can trust.
Who evaluates
Our evaluation panel is composed of CRM practitioners — consultants, implementers, and operators who work inside CRM systems daily. They are not analysts, journalists, or content writers. Their credentials and affiliations are published on this site and verifiable independently.
